Renters insurance is not required for residents. Instead, a $15 monthly POPIC fee provides an easy and affordable way to meet the property’s insurance requirements. If you’d like additional protection for your personal belongings, we recommend purchasing a personal renters insurance policy for extra coverage and peace of mind.
Yes, residents are billed separately for utilities and amenities. In addition, residents will be responsible for a monthly resident service fee which covers valet trash, pest control, and Wi-Fi costs.
