Renters insurance is not required for residents. Instead, a $15 monthly POPIC fee provides an easy and affordable way to meet the property’s insurance requirements. Yes, residents are billed separately for utilities and amenities. In addition, residents will be responsible for a monthly resident service fee which covers valet trash, pest control, and Wi-Fi costs.
