Administrative Fee: $150.00 (Per Household)

Security Deposit Range: $400.00 - $1,200.00 (Per Household)

Pet Fee (Upfront): $250.00 (Per Pet)

Pet Rent: $20.00 (Monthly Per Pet)

Damage Waiver Program: $15.00 (Monthly)

Resident Service Fee: $125.00 (Monthly - Includes Trash, Pest Control, & Technology Bundle Fees)

Parking Fee (First Space): $50.00 (Optional Monthly)

Parking Fee Additional Space: $50.00 (Optional Monthly)

Detached Large Garage Rentable Item: $150.00 (Optional Monthly)

Clubhouse Rental Fee: $75.00 (Per Hour)

Transfer Fee: $500.00 (Must Qualify)
